The box initally comes across very nice, rich black leather look but the inside is lacking the quality one would expect for paying this amount of money for this display case. The pouches that hold the watch are made cheaply and covered with very cheap material, hard on the sides. One would expect to have at least soft cushions to be encased by your collections, not a cheap cloth, if that is what it is, material. Would not buy if I had seen the interior. Bottom drawer is made of flimsy materail with smaller cushions than on top, don’t know why but the cushions are not interchangable.

After paying $30 extra for 2-3 day delivery, received it 12 days after ordered. I even called to see if I could pick it up at the local FedEx office on the 7th day & was told package couldn’t be located. When asked for a refund of my $30 since I was not going to receive the package within the 3 days it was promised, was told that it was not their fault; of course FedEx said the same. Spent an entire day on the phone going back and forth with this company and FedEx trying to locate the package. The customer service was rude and not helpful at all. Will never do business with this company again. First time ever having a problem with ordering through Amazon.

My daughter sent this leather watch box for my husbands watch collection on his birthday. What a great gift! Now, all of his timepieces are in this well designed storage box. Their is also a window on top of the case and additional drawer on the bottom. He loves it…
